St Helena Airport Limited (SHAL) is thrilled to present its Directors Report and Financial Statement for the financial year 2024/2025, encompassing the period from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.

SHAL continues to prioritise safety and regulatory adherence, maintaining collaboration with Air Safety Support International (ASSI) and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing airport operations.

The Directors Report and Financial Statement were formally presented to and subsequently approved by the Member, St Helena Government, which is the sole shareholder of the company.
