St Helena Airport Limited (SHAL) is pleased to present its Directors Report and Financial Statement for the financial year 2022/2023, which covers the period from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023.

 The Financial Statements were prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and was audited and signed by our independent auditors, Audit St Helena, on 22 September 2023.

 The Directors Report and Financial Statement was then presented to the Member (St Helena Government), which is the sole shareholder of the company, for approval.
