St Helena Airport Limited (SHAL) is thrilled to present its Directors Report and Financial Statement for the financial year 2023/2024, encompassing the period from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024.

The Financial Statements have been diligently prepared in compliance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and were independently audited and certified by, Audit St Helena, on 08 November 2024. The audit report is unqualified, underscoring SHAL’s strong financial standing and commitment to transparency.

SHAL continues to prioritise safety and regulatory adherence, maintaining collaboration with Air Safety Support International (ASSI) and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing airport operations.

The Directors Report and Financial Statement were formally presented to and subsequently approved by the Member, St Helena Government, which is the sole shareholder of the company.
