Airport Terminal Building remains closed to visitors - 18 June 2021
Despite the recent relaxation of entry requirements in respect to the quarantine period and the ‘bubble’ created between St Helena Island and Ascension Island, the public is reminded that the airport Terminal Building remains closed to visitors.
Passengers who will be arriving by air from Ascension Island can be collected from the airport car park, but friends and family are not permitted to enter the Terminal Building.
Likewise, passengers leaving St Helena can be dropped-off in the car park by friends or family, but only passengers will be permitted into the Terminal Building.
As such, the Terminal Building remains closed to everyone except bona fide passengers.
The public continues to be thanked for their support and cooperation in this matter.
